3. Subscription & Billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually via Stripe
Payments are charged in advance
You authorize recurring charges unless you cancel

Billing terms are further governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

4. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Cancellation becomes effective at the end of your current billing cycle.

5. Refunds

All payments are non-refundable unless required by law.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Service for illegal purposes
Upload unlawful, harmful, or abusive content
Reverse engineer, scrape, or disrupt the Service
Attempt unauthorized access to systems
Resell or redistribute access without permission

7. User Content

You retain ownership of content you upload.

You grant Rocky Mountain Home Rescue a limited license to process your content solely to provide the Service.

We do not claim ownership of your content.

8. AI Services

You acknowledge that AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or biased and should not be relied upon as professional advice.

You are solely responsible for how you use AI-generated outputs.

9. Third-Party Integrations

Rocky Mountain Home Rescue may integrate with third-party platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Stripe). Use of these services is subject to their own terms and policies.

10. Service Availability

We strive to maintain uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

We may suspend or terminate access for maintenance, upgrades, or policy violations.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms or applicable laws.

Upon termination, your access to the Service will be revoked.

12. Data & Privacy

Your use of the Service is governed by our Privacy Policy.

13. Intellectual Property

All Service-related software, branding, designs, and systems are owned by Rocky Mountain Home Rescue and protected by intellectual property laws.

14. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rocky Mountain Home Rescue shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the previous 12 months.

16. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Rocky Mountain Home Rescue from any claims arising from your misuse of the Service or violation of these Terms.

17. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

18. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
